Sus datos han sido incorporados al sistema de protección de datos de JEDDAH AIRLINES (www.alianzaespana.es), en adelante el RESPONSABLE, y con dirección de correo electrónico info@alianzaespana.es .

El RESPONSABLE tratará los datos de forma confidencial y exclusivamente con la finalidad de ofrecer los servicios solicitados, priorizando su privacidad con todas las garantías legales y de seguridad que impone la normativa actual, que puede ser consultada al final de este apartado.

Sus datos han sido recogidos con la finalidad de mantener con Vd. relaciones personales, y en el caso de haberse recogido mediante un formulario del sitio web, con la finalidad señalada en dicho formulario. Asimismo, se han incorporado al Sistema de Protección de Datos del RESPONSABLE, identificado en el primer párrafo de este documento. Sus datos serán conservados mientras que la finalidad para su tratamiento esté vigente. Mantendremos una copia bloqueada, mientras haya obligaciones legales por las que puedan requerírnoslos.

Como usuario le asisten los siguientes derechos:

  • Derecho a retirar su consentimiento en el momento en que estime oportuno.
  • Derecho de acceso. Para conocer si el responsable del tratamiento está tratando o no sus datos de carácter personal.
  • Derecho de rectificación. Para obtener la rectificación de sus datos personales cuando sean inexactos.
  • Derecho de supresión, cancelación o derecho al olvido. Para solicitar la supresión de sus datos de carácter personal.
  • Derecho de oposición. Para oponerse a que el responsable realice un tratamiento de sus datos personales.
  • Derecho de limitación de su tratamiento. Para limitar el tratamiento de sus datos personales por parte del responsable del tratamiento.
  • Derecho de portabilidad. Para recibir sus datos personales en un formato estructurado y transmitirlos a otro responsable del tratamiento.
  • Derecho a que no ser objeto de una decisión basada en un tratamiento automatizado, para que no se puedan realizar perfiles con sus datos o tomar decisiones basadas únicamente en tratamientos automatizados.

Usted puede retirar su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales en cualquier momento sin que ello afecte al tratamiento que se haya realizado con anterioridad.

Para ejercitar estos derechos, o para revocar su consentimiento al tratamiento de sus datos personales, deberá́ dirigirse por escrito al correo electrónico  info@alianzaespana.es , aportando copia de su DNI, (anverso y reverso) como método de autenticación de identidad.

En el caso de que lo considere procedente, puede presentar reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, como Autoridad de Control.

La facilitación de sus datos personales se considera de consentimiento libre, expreso e inequívoco para su tratamiento, basándonos en el artículo 6.1.a) RGPD, asimismo podrán ser tratados basándonos en una relación contractual o por interés legítimo según regula el artículo 6.b) y f) RGPD. Sus datos solo serán cedidos en caso de obligación legal, según dispone el artículo 6.1.c) RGPD.

El RESPONSABLE no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los daños y perjuicios derivados de alteraciones que terceros pueden causar en los sistemas informáticos, documentos electrónicos o ficheros del usuario o motivados por causas de fuerza mayor.

El Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos -RGPD-, así́ como la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales y la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico y resto de normativa española vigente.

Your data has been incorporated into the data protection system of JEDDAH AIRLINES (www.alianzaespana.es), hereinafter the CONTROLLER, and can be contacted at info@alianzaespana.es .

The CONTROLLER will process your data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested services, prioritizing your privacy with all the legal and security guarantees required by current regulations, which can be consulted at the end of this section.

Your data has been collected for the purpose of maintaining a personal relationship with you, and if collected through a website form, for the purpose indicated on that form. It has also been incorporated into the CONTROLLER's Data Protection System, identified in the first paragraph of this document. Your data will be kept as long as the purpose for its processing remains valid. We will maintain a blocked copy for as long as there are legal obligations that may require us to disclose it.

As a user, you have the following rights:

  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Right of access. To know whether or not the data controller is processing your personal data.
  • Right to rectification. To obtain the correction of your personal data when it is inaccurate.
  • Right to erasure, cancellation, or right to be forgotten. To request the erasure of your personal data.
  • Right to object. To object to the data controller processing your personal data.
  • Right to restriction of processing. To limit the processing of your personal data by the data controller.
  • Right to data portability. To receive your personal data in a structured format and transmit it to another data controller.
  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, so that profiling cannot be carried out using your data or decisions cannot be made based solely on automated processing.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, or to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, you must send a written request to info@alianzaespana.es , attaching a copy of your national identity document (DNI) as a method of identity verification.

If you deem it appropriate, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), as the Supervisory Authority.

Providing your personal data constitutes your free, explicit, and unambiguous consent to its processing, based on Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR. Your data may also be processed based on a contractual relationship or legitimate interest, as regulated by Article 6.b) and f) of the GDPR. Your data will only be transferred if legally required, as stipulated in Article 6.1.c) of the GDPR.

The CONTROLLER assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from alterations that third parties may cause to the user's computer systems, electronic documents, or files, or due to force majeure.

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and other applicable Spanish legislation.
